Return and Refund Policy:

As we deal with perishable and consumable goods, specifically our Insomnia Box containing 10 drip bags of coffee meticulously roasted in Doha - 5 from Costa Rica and 5 from Rwanda, we regret to inform you that we do not offer returns or refunds on our products, including the Insomnia Box.

Quality Assurance:

We take pride in ensuring the highest quality standards for our coffee products. However, if you encounter any issues with the received Insomnia Box, such as damage during transit or discrepancies in the product, kindly reach out to us at insomnia.qa@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. We'll do our best to address your concerns and assist you within the scope of our capabilities.
